Externally confirmed

Named evidence

Issuer, scope, version and validity of the external confirmation are stated explicitly.

What is not claimed by default

No expansion beyond evidenced scope.

No blanket production release

Production suitability is described only for an explicitly released version, target environment and operating model.

No universal conformance

Matrix, FHIR®, TI, TI-M, ePA or other profile support applies only where version and scope are named.

No certification or approval without evidence

The site does not state certification, approval or appointment unless an applicable valid reference with matching scope exists.

No medical intended purpose from marketing copy

Project examples describe technical integration contexts and do not replace separate regulatory product classification.

Website baseline package

This statement applies to the theme package. Hosting, WordPress configuration and installed plugins must be reviewed separately before public release.

No built-in analytics or ad services

The theme integrates no tracking pixels, advertising scripts, external webfonts or third-party videos.

No public contact form

Contact uses configured email addresses; the theme does not process public form submissions itself.

No public comments or avatars

Comment, pingback, Gravatar and public comment REST paths are disabled by the theme.
