2. Website delivery and server logs
The website is delivered through IONOS web hosting. According to IONOS product information, website access may process referrer, requested page or file, browser type/version, operating system, device type, access time and an anonymised IP-related value. IONOS states that visitor data are anonymised directly during collection.
The purposes are website delivery, stability and error analysis, protection against abusive access and technical optimisation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interests are a stable, functional and abuse-resistant website.
Provider information: IONOS – web-hosting data processing.
3. WordPress, analytics, cookies and local storage
The MEMM theme itself contains no analytics, advertising or profiling scripts, external webfonts or embedded third-party media. Public comments, pingbacks and external avatar requests are disabled. WordPress uses technically necessary cookies in its non-public administration and login area.
Login protection: the production site uses Limit Login Attempts Reloaded to restrict repeated login attempts. Failed attempts, IP/IP-related security events and lockout information may be processed according to the active local plugin configuration. Optional cloud/app functions are not part of this theme statement and require a separate privacy review before activation.
IONOS WebAnalytics: according to IONOS product information, WebAnalytics is enabled with web hosting and uses pixels/logfiles rather than cookies. IONOS states that the IP address is anonymised directly after transmission and anonymous usage information is used for statistics and technical optimisation.
